Ingredients 
- Flour [ Maida] 1/4 kg
 - Sugar 1/4 kg
 - Butter 1/4 kg
 - Eggs 4
 - Vanilla Ess. 1 tsp
 - Almond Ess. 1 tsp.
 - Baking Powder 1 tsp
 - Salt 1 pinch
 - Milk 1/4 cup
 
Method 
- Pre Heat the oven.
 - Add Maida flour and baking powder and salt and sift .
 - Separate the egg whites and yolk and beat separately.
 - Beat the butter till creamy.
 - Add Sugar powder and beat again.
 - Add the yolks and beat.
 - Add the egg whites and then the maida flour.
 - Add milk and essence and fold the batter.
 - Transfer the contents into a pan and bake at 180 C for 30 mins.
